目的：对40家三级医院2019年全年重点治理的18类高值医用耗材的使用及管理情况进行分析。方法：收集40家三级医院2019年全年的重点治理18类高值医用耗材数据，对其中15家医院的医用耗材管理情况进行现场调查，将结果进行汇总、整理，对其使用及管理情况进行分析。结果：40家医院18类高值耗材年使用总金额为144047.095万元，其中使用金额最多的是1类耗材，占18类高值耗材年使用金额比例为17.56%。18类耗材使用金额占医院总耗材使用金额的比例最低为0.52%，最高为60.32%。40家医院中，2019年共使用了18类高值耗材中的17类，占同级医院业务收入的比例在0.01%～0.63% 之间。医院耗材管理总体达标，部分项目要结合医院的实际情况继续努力和完善。结论：重点治理的18类高值医用耗材的使用金额比较高，占医院总耗材使用金额的比例也较高，医院对医用耗材的管理仍然需要继续加强和完善。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the usage and management of 18 types of the key treatments high-value medical consumables in the key management of 40 tertiary hospitals in the whole year of 2019. Methods: The data of 18 types of high-value medical consumables in the key management of 40 tertiary hospitals in 2019 were collected, and the management of medical consumables in 15 of them were investigated. The results were summarized and sorted out, and their usage and management were analyzed. Results: The total annual use amount of 18 types of high-value consumables in 40 hospitals was 1,440,470,950 yuan, of which the largest amount was type 1 consumables, accounting for 17.56% of the annual use amount of 18 types of high-value consumables. The use amount of 18 types of consumables accounts for the lowest 0.52% and the highest 60.32% of the total use amount of consumables in the hospital. Among the 40 hospitals, 17 of the 18 types of high-value consumables were used in 2019, accounting for 0.01%～0.63% of the business income of hospitals at the same level. The management of hospital consumables generally meets the standards, and some projects should continue to make efforts and improve in combination with the actual situation of the hospital. Conclusion: the use amount of 18 types of high-value medical consumables is relatively high, accounting for a high proportion of the total use amount of hospital consumables. The hospitals management of medical consumables still needs to be strengthened and improved.
