摘要:
高校学生宿舍在高等教育育人功能中发挥着不可替代的作用，大学生宿舍不仅是学生日常生活和休息的场所，更是培养和锻炼学生的人际交往能力、团结协作能力以及个人生活自理能力的重要阵地，为了更好地发挥高校学生宿舍的思政育人功能，应改变重学生宿舍建设轻宿舍管理的传统观念，更新学生宿舍管理就是卫生管理的肤浅理念，完善高校学生宿舍管理制度，构建高校学生宿舍管理的指标体系，创新“安全、和谐、文明、友善”四位一体的高校学生宿舍建设工作路径，进一步发掘新时代高校学生宿舍育人潜力，努力培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义现代化建设者和接班人。
Abstract:
College students dormitories play an irreplaceable role in the educational function of higher education. College students dormitories are not only a place for students daily life and rest, but also an important place to cultivate and exercise students interpersonal communication ability, unity and cooperation ability and personal life self-care ability. In order to give better play to the ideological and political educational function of college students dormitories, we should change the traditional concept of emphasizing student dormitory construction over dormitory management, update the superficial concept that student dormitory management is health management, improve the university student dormitory management system, build the index system of university student dormitory management, and innovate the four in one work path of university student dormitory construction of "safety, harmony, civilization and friendliness", further explore the educational potential of college students dormitories in the new era, and strive to cultivate socialist modernization builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.
