文章针对当前中医药院校教研室建设存在人员不足、教学能力弱、重临床科研轻教学、行政事务繁多等问题，为解决教研室当前突出的问题，结合中医药院校的教学特色，在“四化”建设的总要求下，探索适合中医药院校教研室教学的方法和路径，对教研室进行“四化”建设能够在一定程度上有效解决中医药院校在教研室建设过程中遇到的难题，这对于提高中医药院校教学能力，提升中医药院校教学水平，协调教学与临床、科研之间的关系有着积极作用。
Abstract:
In view of the problems existing in the construction of teaching and research departments in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, such as insufficient personnel, weak teaching ability, emphasizing clinical scientific research over teaching, and various administrative affairs, in order to solve the current prominent problems of teaching and research departments, combined with the teaching characteristics of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine and under the general requirements of the construction of "four modernizations", this paper explores the methods and paths suitable for the teaching and research departments of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine. The construction of "four modernizations" of the teaching and research offices can effectively solve the problems encountered in the construction of the teaching and research departments of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine to a certain extent, which plays a positive role in improving the teaching ability of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, improving the teaching level of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine, and coordinating the relationship between teaching, clinical and scientific research.
