摘要:
目的:研究广西产止痒中药化学成分,筛选文献高频次出现的化合物,为瘙痒的进一步研究提供研究资料。方法:利用化学成分研究作为关键词对中国知网收录的文献进行文献检索,收集文献,数据处理,统计分析。结果:研究共收录已开展化学成分研究的广西止痒中药164种,收录2272种化合物。化学成分研究的止痒中药主要科属为唇形科、蓼科、大戟科,其中薄荷、萹蓄、枫杨等中药已明确化合物最多。在已经获得的中药化学成分中,以羧酸类和黄酮类为主,出现频率最高的化合物为β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷、槲皮素。结论:广西产止痒中药的化学成分数量庞大,高频次化合物槲皮素等可作为止痒研究对象。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of antipruritic traditional Chinese medicine produced in Guangxi and screen the compounds that appear frequently in the literature, so as to provide research data for the further study of pruritus. Methods: Using chemical composition research as key words, the literature collected by CNKI was searched, collected, data processed and statistically analyzed. Results: A total of 164 kinds of antipruritic traditional Chinese medicines in Guangxi and 2272 molecules were included in this study. The main families and genera of antipruritic traditional Chinese medicine have been reported to be labiatae, polygonaceae and euphorbiaceae. Among them, peppermint, flat storage, maple poplar and other traditional Chinese medicine have identified the most compounds. Among the obtained chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine, carboxylic acids and flavonoids are the main ones, and the compounds with the highest frequency are β-Sitosterol, carotene, quercetin. Conclusion: There are a large number of chemical components of antipruritic traditional Chinese medicine produced in Guangxi. Quercetin, a high-frequency compound, can be used as an antipruritic research object.
