摘要:
目的：观察止渴降糖方对糖尿病肾病和哮喘两种不同病采取同样治法的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年1月至2019年12月广西中医药大学赛恩斯新医药学院附属中医门诊部门诊或入院患者，根据严格的纳入及排除标准，选择60例3期糖尿病肾病患者，男性34例，女性26例，随机分为两组，分别采用不同的治疗方案展开临床治疗，研究组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用止渴降糖方治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果与治疗前后血清尿素（BUN）、血肌酐（Cr）、甘油三酯（TG）。选择60例发作期哮喘患者，男38例，女22例，随机分为两组，分别采用不同的治疗方案展开临床治疗，研究组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用止渴降糖方治疗，对照组采用常规西药治疗。对其中医症候积分变化进行观察分析。结果：（1）糖尿病肾病：观察组总有效率为86.7%，优于对照组的总有效率（60.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；（2）哮喘：观察组总有效率为83.3%，优于对照组的总有效率（53.3%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：止渴降糖方对糖尿病肾病以及哮喘的治疗均有一定疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhike Jiangtang decoction on treating two different diseases of diabetic nephropathy and asthma. Methods: Selected the outpatient or admitted patients of Chinese medicine clinic affiliated with the Faculty of Chinese Medicine Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2019, according to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, 60 patients with stage 3 diabetic nephropathy, 34 males and 26 females, were randomly divided into two groups, respectively adopt different treatment in clinical practice. The study group was treated with Zhike Jiangtang Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine, while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The therapeutic effect and serum urea (BUN), creatinine (CR) and triglyceride (TG) were observed before and after treatment. 60 patients with paroxysmal asthma, 38 males and 22 females, were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with different treatment schemes. The study group was treated with Zhike Jiangtang decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine, and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The changes of TCM symptom scores were observed and analyzed. Results: (1) Diabetic nephropathy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7%, which was better than that of the control group by 60.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2) Asthma: the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, which was better than that of the control group by 53.3%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhike Jiangtang decoction has certain curative effect on diabetic nephropathy and asthma.
