摘要:
随着医疗改革的不断深化,如何在有限资源下最大程度地发挥后勤人员的工作积极性,提高后勤工作效率,进而提高医疗服务质量是当下医院后勤管理者面临的重大课题。平衡计分卡作为科学管理的重要工具,在提高企业管理水平上发挥了重要作用。由于我国的大部分医院为公立医院,盈利并不是其最终目的,不能完全参照企业的战略管理方法来指导实践工作,因此如何构建符合公立医院特点的后勤战略管理体系,以此提高医院后勤系统的工作效率是一大难题。文章在分析平衡计分卡这一战略管理工具如何落地时提出了运用战略地图这一方法,通过绘制平衡计分卡框架下的医院后勤战略地图,以期提高医院后勤工作的效率和效果。
Abstract:
With the deepening of medical reform, how to maximize the enthusiasm of logistics personnel under the limited resources, improve the efficiency of logistics work, and then improve the quality of medical service is a major issue facing the current hospital logistics managers. As an important tool of scientific management, balanced scorecard plays an important role in improving the level of enterprise management. As most hospitals in China are public hospitals, profit is not the ultimate goal, and can not fully refer to the strategic management methods of enterprises to guide the practical work, so how to build a logistics strategic management system in line with the characteristics of public hospitals, so as to improve the efficiency of hospital logistics system is a big problem. This paper analyzes how to implement the balanced scorecard, a strategic management tool, and puts forward the method of using strategic map to draw the hospital logistics strategic map under the framework of balanced scorecard, so as to improve the efficiency and effect of hospital logistics work.
