摘要:
随着人们自我健康管理理念的增强，越来越多的关注预防医学，关注自身健康发展。中医文化渊源流长，其“治未病”的思想更是贯穿始终。基于足太阳膀胱经在临床上的广泛使用，浅谈该条经络和治未病之间的潜在关系和应用，通过调节经络达到运行气血，使人体处于一个健康的状态，达到“上工治未病”的标准，为治未病从足太阳膀胱经出发提供理论依据。
Abstract:
With the enhancement of peoples self-health management concept, more and more people pay attention to preventive medicine and their own health development. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of culture, and the idea of "revention of disease" runs through it all the time. Based on the extensive use of the bladder meridian of foot sun in clinical practice, this paper discusses the potential relationship and application between the meridian and the treatment of pre-existing diseases, so as to regulate the meridians to run Qi and blood, make the human body in a healthy state, and achieve the standard of Shanggong treatment of pre-existing diseases, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of pre-existing diseases from the bladder meridian of foot sun.
