摘要:
医疗设备购置预算在医院的年度财务预算中占了不少的比例，对医疗设备绩效管理是医院全面预算绩效管理中重要的一部分。文章基于医院预算绩效管理现状和存在的问题，根据我国公立医疗机构的实际情况，综合考虑西方预算绩效理念和中国预算管理的思想来开展对医院医疗设备购置预算绩效管理的研究，对提高医院资金使用效率、营运效率和公益性水平具有重要意义。
Abstract:
The purchase budget of medical equipment accounts for a large proportion in the annual financial budget of the hospital, The performance management of medical equipment is an important part of the overall budget performance management of the hospital. Based on the current situation and existing problems of hospital budget performance management, according to the actual situation of Chinas public medical institutions, this paper comprehensively considers the western budget performance concept and Chinas budget management idea to carry out the research on the budget performance management of hospital medical equipment purchase, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of hospital capital use and enhance the hospitals operating efficiency and public welfare level.
