随着社会的发展,大型工业天然气用户对天然气供气的稳定性提出了更高的要求,但天然气管网运行过程中可能存在停气的情况,比如其他燃气工程接气、第三方野蛮施工成管道漏气、管道运行年限较长出现的漏气等情况都需要管道停气进行作业,在这种情况下为了不影响用户用气,燃气设计时就需要提前考虑用户双路气源,以保证一路出现问题时,开启另外一路管道。文章结合目前部分大型工业用户需求,详细分析大型工业用户保供用气特点和难点,针对不同特点的大型工业用户提出相应的保供方案,为今后大型工业保供提供参考价值。
Abstract:
With the development of society, large-scale industrial natural gas users have put forward higher requirements for the stability of natural gas supply. However, there may be gas stopping during the operation of natural gas pipeline network, such as gas connection in other gas projects, pipeline leakage caused by the barbaric construction of third party, and a longer operating life of air leakage, and so on and so forth all need to stop gas pipeline operation. In this case, in order to not affect user gas consumption, the gas design needs to consider the users two-way gas source in advance to ensure that when one circuit has problems, the other pipeline will be opened. This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of large-scale industrial users to maintain the supply and use of gas in detail according to the demand of some large-scale industrial users at present. The corresponding scheme is proposed for the large industrial users with different characteristics, which will provide reference value for the future large-scale industrial protection.
