应用高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离串联质谱同时检测干制水果中多菌灵、啶虫脒、吡虫啉、唑螨酯、肟菌酯5种农药残留。试样采用QuEChERS方法进行前处理,高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离串联质谱法测定,外标法定量。5种分析物质量浓度均在0 ng/mL~200 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.995,平均加标回收率为90%~105%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~3%。该方法分离效果好、操作简单、回收率高、灵敏度高。

The residues of carbendazim, acetamiprid, imidacloprid, zacarmitate and triamoxylate in dried fruits were detected simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry. The samples were pretreated by QuEChERS method, determined by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry, and quantified by external standard method. The mass concentration of the 5 analytes was good in the range of 0 ng/mL~200 ng/mL, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995. The average recoveries of the five analytes were 90% ~ 105%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.5% ~ 3%. This method has good separation effect, simple operation, high recovery rate and high sensitivity..
