摘要:
高等院校实验室是高等教育的重要组成部分，是教师从事科研工作和实践教学的重要基地，是学生理论联系实际的重要阵地。实验室建设与管理的好坏直接关系到培养的大学生毕业后能否具有创新创业精神，能否适应新时代社会发展的需要。文章以长江大学园艺园林学院实验室的建设和管理现状为例，指出了目前实验室管理过程中存在的一些问题，并提出了解决这些问题的对策，以期为其他高校实验室的建设与管理提供参考。
Abstract:
The laboratory of colleges and universities is an important part of higher education, an important base for teachers to engage in scientific research and practical teaching, and an important position for students to combine theory with practice. The quality of laboratory construction and management is directly related to whether the college students can have the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship after graduation and whether they can meet the needs of social development in the new era. Taking the current situation of laboratory construction and management of College of Horticulture and Gardening of Yangtze University as an example, this paper points out some problems existing in the process of laboratory management at present, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems, so as to provide reference for the construction and management of laboratories in other colleges and universities.
