通过调查北海市学龄儿童尿碘水平,评估北海市学龄儿童碘营养状况,为科学补碘防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。依据《广西碘缺乏病监测方案》,在北海市三区(海城区、银海区和铁山港区)开展学龄儿童碘缺乏病和碘营养调查。2020年共调查了学龄儿童648名,碘含量范围为12.1 μg/L~2689 μg/L,中位数为202.5 μg/L,四分位数为120 μg/L~310 μg/L。海城区、银海区和铁山港区的尿碘中位数分别为288 μg/L、199 μg/L和166 μg/L,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同性别、不同年龄儿童尿碘含量分布差异无统计学意义(P性别=0.369,P年龄=0.601)。调查结果表明,2020年北海市儿童碘营养超过适宜水平,提示有轻微碘过量的风险。
Abstract:
By investigating the urine iodine level of school-age children in Beihai city, the iodine nutrition status of school-age children in Beihai city was evaluated to provide scientific basis for scientific iodine supplement prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disease. According to the "Surveillance Program for Iodine Deficiency Disorders in Guangxi", a survey on iodine deficiency disorders and iodine nutrition in school-age children was carried out in three districts of Beihai (Haicheng district, Yinhai district and Tieshangang district). A total of 648 school-age children were investigated in 2020, and the range of iodine content was 12.1 μg/L~2689 μg/L, the median was 202.5 μg/L, the quartile was 120 μg/L~310 μg/L. The median of urinary iodine in Haicheng district, Yinhai district and Tieshangang district were 288 μg/L, 199 μg/L and 166 μg/L, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the distribution of urinary iodine content among children of different genders and ages(Pgender=0.369, Page=0.601). The survey results showed that the iodine nutrition of children in Beihai city in 2020 exceeded the appropriate level, suggesting a slight risk of iodine overdose.
