目的：探讨崇左边境地区艾滋病住院患者的人文关怀和综合护理干预模式及应用效果，为边境地区艾滋病防治提供科学依据。方法：选取2018年至2020年50例艾滋病住院患者开展护理、心理支持、家庭支持与关怀活动，分析心理、抗病毒治疗覆盖率和病毒抑制率等变化，研究人文关怀和综合护理模式对心理、治疗、生存质量干预效果。结果：干预前84%的患者有焦虑（抑郁）；干预后患者无焦虑（抑郁），病毒抑制率为95.34%，抗病毒治疗覆盖率为86%（高于门诊病人81.94%的抗病毒治疗覆盖率），不同样本对于心理评估值均呈现出显著性（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。 结论：实施人文关怀和综合护理改善患者心理、治疗、生存质量；人文关怀和综合护理干预模式值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the humane care and comprehensive nursing intervention model and application effect of AIDS inpatients in chongzuo border areas, so as to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and treatment in border areas. Methods: 50 cases of AIDS inpatients in 2018 -2020 were selected to carry out nursing, psychological support, family support and care activities. The changes of psychology, antiviral treatment coverage and virus inhibition rate were analyzed, and the effects of humanistic care and comprehensive nursing mode on psychological, therapeutic and quality of life intervention were studied. Results: Before the intervention, 84% of the patients had anxiety (depression) after the intervention, the patients had no anxiety (depression), the virus inhibition rate was 95.34%, and the coverage rate of antiviral therapy was 86%(higher than 81.94% of antiviral treatment coverage oft outpatients). The psychological evaluation values of different samples showed significant difference (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The implementation of humanistic care and comprehensive nursing can improve patients psychology, treatment and quality of life humanistic care and comprehensive nursing intervention model is worthy of popularization and application.
