摘要:
在祖国医学对溃疡性结肠炎的认识的基础上，以“肾主二便”为理论根据，认为肾与脾及大小肠关系密切和“脾肾阳虚”为溃疡性结肠炎发病之本，从“肾主二便”的角度探析中医药对溃疡性结肠炎的诊治。以“肾主二便”理论中“温肾健脾”“利小便以实大便”的方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎恢复人体整体平衡，从而起到治疗溃结的作用，为溃疡性结肠炎的诊疗及研究提供有效的参考价值。
Abstract:
On the basis of traditional Chinese medicines understanding of ulcerative colitis, taking "kidney controlling urination and defecation" as the theoretical basis, this paper holds that the kidney is closely related to spleen and intestines, and "spleen and kidney yang deficiency" is the origin of ulcerative colitis, and probes into the diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis by traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of "kidney controlling urination and defecation". In the theory of "kidney controlling urination and defecation", the methods of "warming kidney and strengthening spleen" and "diuresis to strengthen defecation" are used to treat ulcerative colitis, restore the overall balance of the human body, so as to play a role in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and provide effective reference value for the diagnosis and treatment and research of ulcerative colitis.
