摘要:
目的:探讨注射用血栓通(冻干)与注射用七叶皂苷钠的配伍稳定性研究。方法:注射用血栓通(冻干)与注射用七叶皂苷钠按临床实际条件进行联合使用,采用液质联用法测定配伍溶液中七叶皂苷钠含量。并根据《中国药典》分别检测配伍后7 h内溶液渗透压、不溶性微粒、pH值、性状等各项指标变化情况,综合评价药物配伍后的稳定性。结果:注射用血栓通(冻干)与注射用七叶皂苷钠配伍后在7 h内渗透压、pH值、性状均保持稳定,不溶性微粒虽有变化,但仍在合格范围内。结论:注射用血栓通(冻干)与注射用七叶皂苷钠配伍在7 h内稳定。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the compatible stability of Xueshuantong for Injection (lyophilized) and sodium aescinate for injection. Methods: Xueshuantong for Injection (lyophilized) and sodium aescinate for injection were used in combination according to clinical conditions. The content of sodium aescinate in the compatible solution was determined by LC/MS. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the changes of solution osmotic pressure, insoluble particles, pH value, properties and other indexes within 7 hours after compatibility were detected to comprehensively evaluate the stability of drugs after compatibility. Results: The osmotic pressure, pH value and properties of Xueshuantong for injection (lyophilized) and sodium aescinate for injection remained stable within 7h. Although the insoluble particles changed, they were still within the qualified range. Conclusions: The compatibility of Xueshuantong for Injection (lyophilized) and sodium aescinate for injection was stable within 7 hours.
