摘要:
皮肤科专科医师规范化培训着重提升培训学员皮肤科专科的临床思维能力,学员自主学习、知识内化尤为重要。运用翻转课堂对皮肤科专科医师规范化培训学员进行教学,需要根据皮肤科专科特色进行教学模式的灵活调整。文章通过对翻转课堂的分析,详细探讨了翻转课堂教学理念在皮肤科专科医师规范化培训教学实践中的具体应用以及如何有效地实现翻转,旨在提高皮肤科专科医师规范化培训学员的教学效果。
Abstract:
The standardized training of dermatologists focuses on improving the clinical thinking ability of dermatologists, and it is particularly important for trainees to study independently and internalize knowledge. Flipped classroom is used to teach students in standardized training of dermatology specialists, so it is necessary to adjust the teaching mode flexibly according to the characteristics of dermatology specialties. Based on the analysis of flipped classroom, this paper discusses in detail the specific application of flipped classroom teaching concept in the teaching practice of standardized training for dermatologists and how to effectively realize flipped classroom teaching, in order to improve the teaching effect of standardized training for dermatologists.
