摘要:
高校新入职辅导员面临许多新挑战和要求，因此青年辅导员要从自身出发，提高思想政治教育理论素养、增强学生管理能力、掌握软件操作、入驻网络空间，真正做到围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生。文章从当下大学生思政工作面临的新背景、新环境和新对象，反思新入职辅导员面临的问题，并尝试给出解决措施。
Abstract:
New college counselors are facing many new challenges and requirements. Therefore, young counselors should start from themselves, improve the theoretical quality of ideological and political education, enhance students management ability, master software operation, and settle in cyberspace, so as to truly focus on students, care for students, and serve students. From the new background, new environment and new object of ideological and political work of college students, this paper reflects on the problems faced by new counselors, and tries to give solutions.
