摘要:
信号通路在支气管哮喘发病机制及针灸治疗支气管哮喘作用机制的研究中都具有举足轻重的作用。针灸通过多靶点调控信号通路从而影响支气管哮喘的预后与转归。文章从TGF-β1/Smads、PI3K/AKT、JAK/STAT、NF-κB、ERK等信号通路入手,对基于信号通路探究针灸治疗哮喘的作用机制进行综述,可为深入探究针灸治疗哮喘的信号通路机制指明方向。
Abstract:
Signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma. Acupuncture and moxibustion affect the prognosis and outcome of bronchial asthma by regulating signaling pathway through multiple targets. Starting with TGF-β1/Smads, PI3K/ Akt, JAK/STAT, NF-κB, ERK and other signaling pathways, this paper reviews the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of asthma based on signaling pathway, which can point out the direction for further exploring the signaling pathway mechanism of acupuncture treatment of asthma.
