摘要:
文章介绍广西壮族自治区电子健康卡应用架构，落实基于健康二维码的电子健康卡建设理念。探索并实践广西医疗机构向电子健康卡迁移，解决医疗机构之间就诊卡无法通用，诊疗信息无法共享的群众就医堵点问题，实现跨医疗机构、跨区域医疗健康服务一卡通，支撑“互联网+医疗健康”创新服务和医疗健康大数据发展应用。从需求分析、技术方案、主要流程设计、实现应用这四个方面探讨了广西电子健康卡的建设与推广应用过程。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the application architecture of electronic health card in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and implements the construction concept of electronic health card based on health QR code. Explores the practice of the migration of medical institutions in Guangxi to electronic health card, solve the problem of blocking the medical cards between medical institutions, and the sharing of information that can not be shared by the medical and treatment information, and achieve the cross medical and cross regional health care card, supporting the "Internet + medical health" innovative service and medical health big data development application. This paper discusses the construction and application process of Guangxi electronic health card from four aspects: demand analysis, technical scheme, main process design and application.
