质量是企业形象的体现，QC小组是运用质量管理的理论和方法开展活动的小组，为企业产品质量把关，创造更好的经济效益。文章从广西梧州制药（集团）股份有限公司QC小组活动的开展及推进过程，来论述QC小组活动在企业质量管理过程中取得的成效和意义。
Abstract:
Quality is the embodiment of enterprise image, QC group is the group that uses the theory and method of quality management to carry out activities, so as to control the quality of enterprise products and create better economic benefits. This paper discusses the effect and significance of QC group activities in the process of enterprise quality management from the development and promotion process of QC group activities in Guangxi Wuzhou Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd.
