摘要:
近年来，国家出台政策支持居民家庭合理住房消费，房地产市场发展快速，在此背景下个人住房公积金贷款的利率优势凸显，各地住房公积金的使用率不断升高，随着住房公积金沉淀资金逐步释放，资金趋紧、流动性问题随之而来。如何防范和管理住房公积金流动性风险，是关系到广大缴存职工合法权益和到住房公积金事业健康可持续发展的关键所在。文章从研究住房公积金流动性风险管理的意义、成因以及应对措施等方面进行分析，为住房公积金平稳运行提供些许参考。
Abstract:
In recent years, the state has issued policies to support the reasonable housing consumption of household. With the background of rapid development of the real estate market, the interest rate advantage of individual housing provident fund loans is highlighted, and the utilization rate of housing provident fund in various places is rising continuously. With the gradual release of housing provident fund deposit funds, the fund becomes tight, and the liquidity problem follows. How to prevent and manage the liquidity risk of housing provident fund is the key to the legitimate rights and interests of workers and the healthy and sustainable development of housing provident fund. This paper analyzes the significance, causes and countermeasures of liquidity risk management of housing provident fund, so as to provide some reference for the smooth operation of housing provident fund.
