文章分析了食品工程原理实验虚拟仿真技术的作用以及使用过程中存在的问题，提出食品工程原理实验线上仿真课程教学方法，并结合食品工程原理实验实例，探索了虚拟仿真技术在食品工程原理实验线上教学的应用策略。
Abstract:
This paper analyzes the role of virtual simulation technology in food engineering principle experiment and the problems in its use, proposes a teaching method of food engineering principle experiment Online simulation course, and combines with food engineering principle experiment examples to explore the application strategy of virtual simulation technology in the Online teaching of food engineering original experiment.
