摘要:
小儿脑性瘫痪是导致当代儿童残疾的主要原因之一，对患儿本身造成了极大痛苦，对家庭及社会带来了沉重负担。文章对近年来针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的文献进行分析和总结，从头针、体针、水针、电针、舌针、艾灸、推拿等方面进行综述，发现近年针灸治疗脑瘫以综合治疗为主，针灸治疗在小儿脑瘫的恢复过程中疗效确切，绿色实惠，值得临床广泛运用，为临床系统治疗小儿脑瘫提供依据。
Abstract:
Infantile cerebral palsy is one of the main causes of contemporary childrens disability, which causes great pain to the children themselves and brings heavy burden to the family and society. This paper analyzes and summarizes the literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children in recent years, and reviews the aspects of scalp acupuncture, body acupuncture, water acupuncture, electroacupuncture, tongue acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, etc. It is found that acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cerebral palsy in recent years is mainly comprehensive treatment. Acupuncture and moxibustion has definite curative effect in the recovery process of cerebral palsy in children, which is green and affordable, and is worthy of wide clinical application, so as to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of cerebral palsy in children.
