摘要:
为解决手动操作机械式千斤顶费时费力的问题,文章基于双向直流齿轮减速电机基础设计研制了一种电动螺旋千斤顶,该装置由电机、丝杆、支撑杆、支撑座、控制开关、供电线等组成。工作时,控制开关控制电源供电给驱动电机,带动丝杆螺旋转动,4根支撑杆在支撑座、支撑底座间收缩或张开,在支撑底座固定的前提下,带动支撑座做升降运动,达到升降车辆的功能,当千斤顶举升一定高度时,触发限位开关断开供电。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of time-consuming and laborious problem of manual operation of mechanical jacks, an electric screw jack is designed and developed based on bidirectional DC gear reducer motor. The device is composed of motor, screw rod, support rod, support seat, control switch, power supply line, etc. When working, the control switch controls the power supply to the drive motor to drive the screw rod to rotate. The four support rods shrink or open between the support base and the support base. On the premise of the support base fixed, the support base is driven to move up and down to achieve the function of lifting the vehicle. When the jack is lifted to a certain height, the limit switch is triggered to disconnect the power supply.
