摘要:
电解铝工业产生的污染物会对生态环境造成严重破坏,影响到水体中各种生物的生存,人们的饮水质量、饮水安全等也会受到影响,而且周边的农作物生长也将会受到严重的威胁。因此,文章针对电解铝环境问题的管理现状进行分析,提出应充分考虑环境承载能力,提高电解烟气集气效率和净化效率,加大电解烟气净化系统治理力度;杜绝电解铝所使用含高硫石油焦阳极,采用高效率脱硫净化技术治理电解烟气;对危险废物采取资源化、减量化和无害化处理等有针对性的控制措施,尽可能避免污染物的扩散。
Abstract:
The pollutants produced by electrolytic aluminum industry will cause serious damage to the ecological environment, affect the survival of various organisms in the water body, the quality and safety of drinking water of people will also be affected, and the production of crops around will be seriously threatened. Therefore, this paper analyzes the management status of electrolytic aluminum environmental problems, and puts forward that we should fully consider the environmental carrying capacity, improve the gas collection efficiency and purification efficiency of the electrolytic flue gas, and strengthen the treatment of the electrolytic flue gas purification system put an end to the use of high sulfur petroleum coke anode in electrolytic aluminum, and adopt high efficiency desulfurization and purification technology to treat the electrolytic flue gas and take the measures of resource utilization and reduction of hazardous waste quantitative and harmless treatment and other targeted control measures, as far as possible to avoid the spread of pollutants.
