摘要:
中医内分泌科承担着中医、西医的教学内容,接收不同来源的临床学习医师,而内分泌学具有较强的专业性和理论性,这就要求带教老师不断地探索更合适的教学方法以提高教学质量。分层教学是教师根据学生现有的知识、能力水平和潜力倾向,把学生科学地分成几组各自水平相近的群体并制定“个体化”的教学计划。根据临床学习医师的自身特征进行分层教学,在中医内分泌科临床带教中可以更好地调动学生的学习积极性、将临床知识传授给学生以达到更佳的教学效果。
Abstract:
Endocrinology of traditional Chinese medicine undertakes the teaching content of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and receives clinical learning physicians from different sources. Endocrinology is highly professional and theoretical, which requires teachers to constantly explore more appropriate teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching. Stratified teaching means that teachers scientifically divide students into several groups with similar level according to their existing knowledge, ability level and potential tendency, and make "individualized" teaching plan. The stratified teaching according to the characteristics of clinical learning physicians can better mobilize students learning enthusiasm and impart clinical knowledge to students in the clinical teaching of endocrinology of traditional Chinese medicine to achieve better teaching effect.
