摘要:
在研究生国际联合培养的趋势下，研究生培养单位亟需开展人才培养教育改革，以构建切实可行、科学合理的人才培养方案为切入点建立有效的人才培养模式，从而提升研究生的培养质量并促进学科的发展。文章以太原科技大学材料类研究生的国际合作培养为例，探讨做好中外合作办学专业的人才培养方案构建思路与具体措施，为探索有地方高校特色的国际联合培养研究生发展道路提供经验参考。
Abstract:
Under the trend of international joint training of graduate students, it is urgent for graduate training units to carry out the reform of personnel training and education. In order to improve the quality of graduate training and promote the development of the discipline, effective personnel training mode should be established by constructing a feasible, scientific and reasonable personnel training scheme. Taking the international cooperation training of materials graduate students in Taiyuan University of science and technology as an example, this paper discusses the construction ideas and specific measures of talent training program of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools, and provides experience reference for exploring the development path of international joint training graduate students with local university characteristics.
