文章从社会、经济、资源环境三个层面构建评价指标体系，使用熵值法和加权法对 2013 年至 2017 年的北流市 进行土地可持续利用评价，采用障碍度模型寻找北流市土地可持续利用的影响因素。通过研究发现 2013 年至 2017 年北流市土 地可持续利用水平逐年上升，但土地可持续利用的资源环境协调性评价分值出现波动较大；北流市土地可持续利用发展状况良 好，土地可持续利用程度整体呈上升趋势，资源环境协调性上存在阻碍土地可持续利用发展的影响因素，但有很大提升的空间。
Abstract:
This paper constructs the evaluation index system from three aspects of society, economy, resources and environment, uses entropy method and weighted method to evaluate the sustainable land use of Beiliu City from 2013 to 2017, and uses obstacle degree model to find the influencing factors of sustainable land use of Beiliu City. Through the study, it is found that the level of sustainable land use in Beiliu City increased year by year from 2013 to 2017, but the evaluation score of resource and environment coordination ofsustainable land use fluctuated greatly the development of sustainable land use in Beiliu City is good, and the degree of sustainable land use is on the rise as a whole, and there are influencing factors hindering the development of sustainable land use in terms of resource and environment coordination, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
