摘要:
随着改革开放力度的加大和科学技术的进步，社会不断涌现新形态和新业态，两新组织逐渐成为我国经济社会 发展和参与政治的重要主体，是共产党长期执政必须团结的重要力量。在这一背景下如何以科学方法推进两新组织党的建设， 实现以党建引领促进两新组织治理能力的提升有重要意义。柳州作为广西重要的工业城市在以党建引领促进两新组织治理能力 的提升上取得一定成就，但在对两新组织的治理上仍存在理论观念陈旧等方面的情况。需通过理顺两新组织党组织覆盖和工作 覆盖机制、完善两新组织党建制度供给、激发两新组织开展党建内生动力、提高党建工作粘合力等方式来实现对两新组织治理 能力的提升。
Abstract:
With the strengthening of reform and opening up and the advancement of science and technology, new forms and new forms of business are constantly emerging in the society. The two new organizations have gradually become important subjects for the China economic and social development and participation in politics, and is an important force that the party must unite in long-term governance. In this context, it is of great significance to promote the party building of the two new organizations with scientific methods and to promote the governance ability of the two new organizations with the guidance of Party building. Liuzhou, as an important industrial city in Guangxi, has made certain achievements in promoting the governance ability of the two new organizations under the guidance of Party construction, but there are stillsome problems in the governance of the two new organizations, such as outdated theoretical concepts. It is necessary to rationalize the party organization coverage and work coverage mechanism of the two new organizations, improve the party construction system supply of the two new organizations, stimulate the endogenous power of the two new organizations to carry out party construction, and improve the cohesion of the party construction work to improve the governance ability of the two new organizations.
