摘要:
第二课堂的德育实践是中职学校落实立德树人根本任务、推动“三全育人”综合改革、提升人才培养质量的时 代要求。文章通过实证研究中职学校第二课堂发展现状,分析第二课堂与德育课的关系定位和影响第二课堂德育功能发挥的因 素,积极探索从党政领导、整体规划和机制构建等方面的途径开展第二课堂的德育实践,确保第二课堂的思想性、科学性和规 范性,促进第二课堂与德育课的有效衔接,保障第二课堂的德育实践成效与党的教育方针相统一,与国家、社会和学校的人才 培养目标相符合。
Abstract:
The practice of moral education in the second classroom is the requirement of the times for secondary vocational schools to carry out the fundamental tasks of strengthening moral education and cultivate people, promote the comprehensive reform of "three whole-education people" and improve the quality of personnel training. Through empirical research on the development status of the second classroom in secondary vocational schools, this paper analyzes the relationship between the second classroom and moral education and the factors influencing the function of moral education in the second classroom, and actively explores ways to carry out moral education practice in the second classroom from the aspects of Party and government leadership, overall planning, and mechanism construction, so as to ensure the ideological, scientific and normative nature of the second classroom, and promote the effective interaction between the second classroom and moral education, so as to ensure the effectiveness of moral education practice in the second classroom is consistent with the Partys education policy and the talent training objectives of the state, society and schools.
