摘要:
高等教育是一个国家长足发展的动力源泉。近年来,国家加大了高等教育的发展力度,而教学质量又是教育成 功与否的关键所在。基于教学效果的有效评估和监督是保证教学质量的前提,尝试将动态变权层次分析法应用于本科教学效果 状态评估,建立一套快速高效的教学效果监督机制,发挥激励和引导课堂教学作用,促进教学质量的提高。
Abstract:
Higher education is the source of power for a countrys long-term development. In recent years, the state has increased the development of higher education, and the quality of teaching is the key to the success of education. Based on the effective evaluation and supervision of teaching effect is the premise to ensure the quality of teaching. This paper attempts to apply the dynamic variable weight analytic hierarchy process to the evaluation of undergraduate teaching effect, establish a set of fast and efficient supervision mechanism of teaching effect, give play to the role of incentive and guidance of classroom teaching, and promote the improvement of teaching quality.
