摘要:: 文章对“十三五”期间（2015—2019年）全国及广西的技术交易情况进行简要分析。文章对技术转移体系建设所涉及的四项要素进行了分析和探讨，并在观察全国范围内各省（市）技术市场体系建设成效的基本上，总结得出相关初步经验：可以通过构建线上/线下深度融合的运营平台，用现代信息技术来汇集各要素的资源，形成优势互补、开放共赢的科技服务全产业链生态，让各专业机构（人才）各司其职，畅通技术转移链条，形成活跃的技术市场。最后通过解析具体项目实施过程的相关要点和成效，初步探讨并阐述了“全方位”+“一站式”技术转移服务模式的可行性。

Abstract:: This paper makes a brief analysis of the situation of technology trading in China and the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region during the “thirteenth five-year plan” period (2015-2019). This paper analyzes and discusses the four elements involved in the construction of technology transfer system , and observes the basic effects of the construction of technology market system in different provinces (city) throughout the country. Sum up the preliminary experience of the correlation: Through the construction of online / offline deep integration operation platform, modern information technology can be used to gather the resources of various elements to form a complementary, open and win-win science and technology service industry chain ecology, so that all professional institutions (talents) can perform their duties, smooth the technology transfer chain, and form an active technology market. Finally, the feasibility of "all-round" + "one-stop" technology transfer service mode is preliminarily expounded and discussed by analyzing relevant key points and effects of specific project implementation process.
