摘要:
目的:评价中华跌打丸及其药材鬼画符提取物的抗炎作用。方法:本研究采用硫酸铜诱导建立转基因中性粒细胞荧光斑马鱼炎症模型,系统评价中华跌打丸和鬼画符各浓度提取物的抗炎作用。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组斑马鱼炎症部位中性粒细胞数显著增加。与模型对照组比较,中华跌打丸给药浓度为222 µg/mL、667 µg/mL和2000 µg/mL时,鬼画符95%乙醇提取物给药浓度为28 µg/mL、83 µg/mL和250 µg/mL时,鬼画符50%乙醇提取物给药浓度为3.47 µg/mL、10.42 µg/mL和31.25 µg/mL时,鬼画符水提取物给药浓度为14 µg/mL、42 µg/mL和125 µg/mL时,鬼画符水、50%乙醇、95%乙醇混合提取物给药浓度为28 µg/mL、83 µg/mL和250 µg/mL时,斑马鱼炎症部位中性粒细胞数显著减少。结论:中华跌打丸及其药材鬼画符各提取物对硫酸铜诱导的炎症斑马鱼均表现出显著的抗炎作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of Zhonghua Dieda Pill and the extraction of its medicinal material Breynia fruticosa(L.) Hook. f.. Methods: A model of inflammation of transgenic neutrophil fluorescent zebrafish was induced by copper sulfate, and the anti-inflammatory effects of extracts of Zhonghua Dieda Pill and Breynia fruticosa(L.) Hook. f. concentration were systematically evaluated. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the number of neutrophils in the zebrafish inflammation site of the model control group increased significantly. Compared with the model control group, the group of Zhonghua Dieda pill was administered at 222 µg/mL, 667 µg/mL, and 2000 µg / mL, the 95% ethanol extract of Breynia fruticosa(L.) Hook. f. was at 28 µg/mL, 83µg/mL , and 250 µg / mL. At a concentration of 3.47 µg/mL, 10.42 µg/mL, and 31.25 µg / mL, the concentration of Breynia fruticosa(L.) Hook. f. Water Extract was 14 µg/mL, 42 µg/mL, and 125 µg / mL, and the concentration of the mixture of water, 50% ethanol and 95% ethanol was 28 µg/mL, 83 µg/mL, and 250 µg / mL, the number of neutrophils in the zebrafish inflammation site was significantly reduced. Conclusion: The extracts of Zhonghua Dieda pill and its medicinal herbs Breynia fruticosa(L.) Hook. f. show significant anti-inflammatory effects on copper sulfate-induced inflammatory zebrafish.
