摘要:
拔尖人才培养是高水平财经院校人才培养的一个重要抓手，考研（出国）率既是衡量拔尖人才培养水平的一个十分重要的指标，也是高等院校申请博士点（简称申博）的一个重要指标。文章首先分析了国内高校考研现状，并依托广东财经大学指导学生考研（出国）的实践经验，提出提升地方财经院校考研（出国）率的具体举措和方法。
Abstract:
Top notch personnel training is an important starting point for personnel training in high-level financial and economic colleges, The rate of postgraduate entrance examination (going abroad) is not only a very important indicator to measure the level of top-notch talents training, but also an important indicator for colleges and universities to apply for doctoral programs(hereinafter referred to as "Bo application"). This paper first analyzes the current situation of postgraduate entrance examination in domestic colleges and universities, and based on the practical experience of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics guiding students to take postgraduate entrance examination (going abroad), puts forward specific measures and methods to improve the postgraduate entrance examination (going abroad) rate of local financial and economic colleges.
