摘要:
目的：评价慢鼻舒滴鼻液及其穴位贴膏治疗慢性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：25例慢性鼻炎患者，其中，单纯性鼻炎5例、过敏性鼻炎15例、鼻窦炎5例，所有患者均给予慢鼻舒穴位贴膏和滴鼻液配合使用，穴位贴膏每周2次；滴鼻液每日3次、每侧1～2滴∕次，疗程3周。采用积分法进行治疗前后症状统计。结果：治疗后，三组临床有效率均为100.0%，症状综合积分均显著降低（P<0.05）。实验过程中仅有2例出现对贴纸的过敏反应，但更换贴纸后反应消失。结论：慢鼻舒穴位贴膏及滴鼻液治疗慢性鼻炎疗效确切，具有用药安全、取材简便、无激素等优点，值得临床推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Manbishu nasal drops and acupoint plaster in the treatment of chronic rhinitis. Methods: 25 patients with chronic rhinitis, including 5 cases of simple chronic rhinitis, 15 cases of allergic rhinitis, and 5 cases of sinusitis. All patients were given Manbishu acupoint plaster and nasal drops. The adhesive plaster was applied twice a week nasal drops 3 times a day, 1-2 drops per side for 3 weeks. The score method was used to calculate the symptoms before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the three groups was 100.0%, and the comprehensive score of symptoms was significantly reduced (p <0.05). In the course of the experiment, only two cases showed allergic reactions to the stickers, but the reactions disappeared after the stickers were replaced. Conclusion: Manbishu acupoint plaster and nasal drops are effective in the treatment of chronic rhinitis. It has the advantages of safe medication, simple material extraction, and no hormones. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
