摘要:
肝功能异常是由肝脏疾病或其他因素破坏肝细胞，使肝细胞受损到一定程度后引起的以转氨酶、胆红素等肝脏功能指标的升高为主的一种疾病表现形式，是慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（简称慢乙肝）肝脏的炎性表现形式之一，如不及时治疗，向肝纤维化、肝硬化进展的可能性大。文章详细阐述了慢乙肝所致肝功能异常临床治疗时须结合肝、脾的临床生理、病理特点，认为中医药在辅助治疗肝脏病证方面疗效甚佳，，并举例运用“半夏白术天麻汤加减”治疗慢乙肝所致肝功能异常患者的临床诊治经验与思考。
Abstract:
Abnormal liver function is caused by liver disease or other factors to destroy liver cells, which causes the liver cells to be damaged to a certain degree, and which is mainly caused by the increase of liver function indexes such as transaminase and bilirubin it is a chronic B Type of viral hepatitis (chronic hepatitis B for short) is one of the inflammatory manifestations of the liver. If it is not treated in time, it is likely to progress to liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. This paper expounds in detail that the clinical treatment of liver dysfunction caused by chronic hepatitis B must be combined with the clinical physiological and pathological characteristics of the liver and spleen. It is considered that traditional Chinese medicine has a good effect in the auxiliary treatment of liver disease syndrome. It also gives an example of the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and thinking of "Banxia Baishu Tianma decoction" in the treatment of patients with liver dysfunction caused by chronic hepatitis B.
