摘要:
目的：探讨大黄赤芍对肝衰竭大鼠肝组织增殖细胞核抗原PCNA表达的影响。方法：SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠45只随机分为3组：空白组、模型对照组、大黄赤芍处理组各15只大鼠。采用D氨基半乳糖联合LPS复制肝衰竭大鼠模型，在造模成功后48 h收集各组大鼠肝组织样本，在高倍光镜下记录1000个肝细胞中PCNA标记阳性的肝细胞数量。结果：大黄赤芍干预处理后的肝衰竭大鼠肝组织PCNA表达显著增强，与模型对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：大黄赤芍可促进肝衰竭大鼠肝组织再生分裂。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of rhubarb and Radix Paeoniae Rubra on the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in liver tissue of rats with liver failure. Methods: 45 SPF male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: blank group, model control group and rhubarb red peony treatment group with 15 rats in each group. Liver failure rat model was established by D-galactosamine combined with LPS. Liver tissue samples were collected 48 hours after the model was successfully established. The number of PCNA positive hepatocytes in 1000 hepatocytes was recorded under high power microscope. Results: compared with the model control group, the expression of PCNA in liver tissue of rhubarb red peony group was significantly increased. Conclusion: Rhubarb and Radix Paeoniae Rubra can promote liver regeneration and division in rats with liver failure.
