摘要:
振弦式测缝计是一种位移传感器,在安装时需要预拉以便获取一定的受压量,但目前采用手动拉伸的方式进行预拉,因拉伸力度、拉伸长度不易控制,反复拉伸和压缩很容易造成传感器的损坏。为解决这些问题,文章提出一种携带便捷、操作简易、且成本低廉的预拉器结构设计,通过传感器计算参数验证不断完善设计方案,最终替代传感器的手动拉伸方式。实际工程应用表明:使用该预拉器进行传感器预拉,可以匀速拉伸到指定长度,安装效率高,对传感器无损伤,安装917支传感器成活率100%,预拉平均精度0.29% FS,满足安装要求,也可推广用于其他需要预拉的传感器安装过程中。
Abstract:
The vibrating wire seam gauge is a displacement sensor. It needs to be pre-pulled during installation in order to obtain a certain amount of compression, but it is currently pre-pulled by manual stretching, because the stretching force and stretching length are not easy to control, repeated tension and compression can easily damage the sensor. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a structure design that is convenient to carry, easy to operate, and low in cost. It continuously improves the design scheme through the verification of sensor calculation parameters and eventually replaces the manual stretching method of the sensor. Practical engineering application shows that the pre-puller can be used for pre-pulling the sensor, which can be stretched to the specified length at a uniform speed, high installation efficiency, no damage to the sensor. The survival rate of 917 sensors is 100%, and the average precision of pre-pulling is 0.29%FS, which meets the installation requirements and can also be used in the installation of other sensors that require pre-pulling.
