摘要:
随着不动产登记工作的快速发展，社会各界对不动产登记数据综合应用需求愈加旺盛。拓展不动产登记数据的应用范围，发掘其内在价值，就必须结合不动产相关的社会经济大数据进行分析。文章基于互联网的多种外部数据源作为当今大数据的一个主要来源，将其与不动产登记进行关联，能够更好地发挥不动产登记数据自身的价值，以此来提升数据资源的有效利用率。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of real estate registration, the demand for real estate registration data from all walks of life is more and more vigorous. To expand the application scope of real estate registration data and explore its intrinsic value, it is necessary to combine the social and economic big data related to real estate for analysis. As one of the main sources of big data today, various external data sources based on the Internet are associated with real estate registration, which will certainly give better play to the value of real estate registration data and .improve the effective utilization rate of data resources.
