文章结合实践，探讨党建在公立中医院文化建设中的“带领”和“引导”作用，找出加强党建文化建设的切入点，如党建与业务工作融合发展，党建带团建，充分利用各种活动载体，着力培育和塑造医学人文精神，引导医务人员践行和弘扬敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆的崇高职业精神，塑造医术精湛、医德高尚、医风严谨的行业风范，为医院建设提供新理念新思路新方法。在医院职工中大力弘扬“展人文、现活力、重质量、强管理、讲政治、树正气、重学习、扬善心”的优质医院文化建设。党建引领下的优质医院文化，可增强医院的凝聚力和创造力，是医院发展的核心竞争力。
Abstract:
Combining with practice, this paper discusses the "leading" and "guiding" role of Party building in the cultural construction of public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and finds out the breakthrough points of strengthening the cultural construction of Party building, such as the integration of Party building and professional work, Party building leading the League building, making full use of various activity carriers, focusing on cultivating and shaping medical humanistic spirit, guiding medical personnel to practice and carry forward the life-saving, rescuing the wounded, dedicated, love without lofty professional spirit, we should create the industry style of exquisite medical skills, noble medical ethics and rigorous medical style, so as to provide new ideas, new ideas and new methods for hospital construction. In the hospital staff, we should vigorously carry forward the high-quality hospital culture construction of "developing humanity, showing vitality, attaching importance to quality, strengthening management, stressing politics, cultivating integrity, emphasizing learning, and promoting good heart". High quality hospital culture under the guidance of Party building can enhance the cohesion and creativity of the hospital, which is the core competitiveness of hospital development.
