摘要:
癫痫长期反复发作会使患者智力下降、精神异常、记忆力衰退，《医宗金鉴》是清代乾隆四年由吴谦负责编修的一部综合性医学教科书，研制和汇总15首癫痫方，文章通过从阴痫、阳痫、惊痫、痰痫、食痫、风痫六个板块论述痫证发作的病理因素、理法方药，对比归纳该书涉及痫证的一共15首方，并进行总结分析，为痫证的治疗提供了坚实的思路和基础。
Abstract:
Long term recurrent seizure of epilepsy can cause mental decline, mental disorder and memory decline. Yi Zong Jin Jian is a comprehensive medical textbook compiled by Wu Qian in the fourth year of Qianlong reign of Qing Dynasty. It develops and summarizes 15 epilepsy prescriptions. This paper discusses the pathological factors, principles and prescriptions of epileptic syndrome from six parts: Yin epilepsy, Yang epilepsy, convulsion epilepsy, phlegm epilepsy, food epilepsy and wind epilepsy Compared with the summary of this book involving a total of 15 epilepsy syndrome prescriptions, and the summary and analysis, for the treatment of epilepsy syndrome provides a solid idea and foundation.
