摘要:
按病种付费方式作为我国医保支付方式的一种，已在全国各地推行多年，尽管取得一定成效，但仍存在政策不完善、公立医院难落实、医务人员抵触、患者满意度不高等诸多问题。文章针对国内外推行按病种付费的现状与问题进行分析，提出解决对策，为新医改形势下的医保支付方式改革及公立医院管理提供建议。
Abstract:
As one of the payment methods of medical insurance in China, payment by type of disease has been implemented in all parts of the country for many years. Although some results have been achieved, there are still many problems, such as incomplete policies, difficult implementation in public hospitals, medical staff resistance, and low patient satisfaction. The article analyzes the current situation and problems of implementing payment by type of disease at home and abroad, proposes solutions, and provides suggestions for the reform of medical insurance payment methods and the management of public hospitals under the new medical reform situation.
