摘要:
轻质水泥隔墙板以其重量轻、阻燃、强度高、隔音、抗震及安装速度快等特点,逐渐成为多层、高层建筑设计施工热门选择的新型墙体建材。但它在生产过程中,成板凝固过程的保养环节是影响隔墙板质量好坏的关键因素。为了保证产品质量,降低人工失误风险,本案采用STC89C52RC单片机设计实现一款凝固保湿自动喷淋系统,通过传感器采集生产环境的温度与湿度实现智能喷淋养护自动控制,大大减少保养环节中人工参与的比例,从而降低生产成本与实现生产过程标准化。
Abstract:
Lightweight cement partition wall board has gradually become a popular choice of new wall building materials for the design and construction of multi-storey and high-rise buildings due to its light weight, flame retardant, high strength, sound insulation, seismic resistance and fast installation speed. However, in the production process, the maintenance link of the solidification process of the finished board is a key factor affecting the quality of the partition board. In order to ensure product quality and reduce the risk of artificial errors, this case adopts the STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer design to implement a coagulation and moisturizing automatic spray system. The sensor collects the temperature and humidity of the production environment to achieve automatic control of intelligent spray maintenance, greatly reducing the manual participation in maintenance proportion, thereby reducing production costs and achieving standardization of production processes.
