摘要:
目的：分析炎见宁片的不良反应，提出防治措施，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索国家药品不良反应监测中心药品不良反应上报系统数据库中2008年1月至2014年9月由炎见宁片所致18例不良反应（ADR）报告，进行评价和分析。结果：炎见宁片可致腹泻、过敏样反应、恶心、皮疹、瘙痒、头晕、呕吐等不良反应。结论：临床应了解炎见宁片所致不良反应的特点、防治措施和合理使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the adverse reactions of Yanjianning tablets, propose prevention and treatment measures, and provide references for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: 18 adverse drug reactions cases caused by yanjianning tablets from January 2008 to September 2014 in adverse drug reactions(ADR) reporting system database of national adverse drug reactions monitoring center were searched for evaluation and analysis. Results: Yanjianning tablets can cause diarrhea, allergic reactions, nausea, rash, itching, dizziness, vomiting and other adverse drug reactions. Conclusion: Clinical need to understand the characteristics of adverse drug reactions caused by Yanjianning tablets, prevention and treatment measures and rational use.
