摘要:
目前，如何进行财务管理工作的优化已成为制约我国在线旅游服务企业进一步发展的主要瓶颈之一。然而，“互 联网+”的出现又为破解这一问题带来了新的机遇。在线旅游服务企业要想在总体发展上有所突破，就必须打破原有财务管理模 式的束缚，让“互联网+”的思维、模式和技术进一步融入财务管理的各个方面。文章在对企业财务管理模式优化的基本内容、 发展方向进行概述的基础上，以 W 公司这一典型的在线旅游服务企业为研究案例，结合其财务管理工作的特征，进一步探讨了 其实现财务管理优化的具体途径。
Abstract:
At present, how optimize the financing management has become one of the main bottleneck restricting the further development of Chinas online tourism service enterprise. However, the emergence of the "Internet+" has brought new opportunities to solve this problem. If online tourism service enterprises want to take breakthrough in overall development, they must break the bondage of the original financial management mode, and let thinking, mode and technology of "Internet+" further integrate into all aspects of financial management. Based on the overview of the basic content and development direction of enterprise financial management mode optimization, this paper takes W company, a typical online tourism service enterprise, as a case study, and combines its financial management characteristics, and further explores the specific ways to realize the optimization of financial management.
