摘要:
随着电商物流的不断发展，物流行业在不断发展的同时，其配送模式也呈现出多样化趋势。目前常见的配送模 式主要有自营、外包、众包和共同配送这四种模式。不同的物流配送模式适应于不同的企业规模、顾客需求及应用场景。电商 企业应选择何种物流配送模式，除了从顾客角度考虑时效性和购物体验外，主要还受到企业投资成本和社会硬件设施等因素的 影响。文章围绕电商企业如何选择物流配送模式的话题，构建其影响配送模式选择的指标层级，然后运用模糊层次分析法分析 得出最优配送模式。文章对电商企业的物流配送模式的选择具有一定的参考意义。
Abstract:
With the continuous development of e-commerce logistics, the logistics industry is developing continuously, and its distribution mode also shows a diversified trend. At present, the distribution modes mainly include self-operation, outsourcing, crowdsourcing and joint distribution. Different logistics distribution modes are suitable for different enterprise sizes, customer needs and application scenarios. In addition to considering the timeliness and shopping experience from the perspective of customers, the logistics distribution mode that e-commerce enterprises should choose is mainly affected by the investment cost of enterprises and social hardware facilities. This paper focuses on the topic of how e-commerce enterprises choose logistics distribution mode, constructs the index level that affects the selection of distribution mode, and then uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze and obtain the optimal distribution mode. This paper has certain reference significance to the choice of logistics distribution mode for e-commerce enterprises.
