文章以百万扩招为研究背景，对广西 37 所高职院校柔性引进高层次人才实施情况进行调研分析，基于人力资源 3P 管理理念，从高层次人才的柔性引进机制、考核机制和激励机制着手，构建高职院校柔性引进高层次人才 3P 管理模式，优 化广西高职院校柔性引进高层次人才管理机制。
Abstract:
Based on the research background of millions enrollment expansion, this paper investigates and analyzes the implementation of flexible introduction of high-level talents in 37 higher vocational colleges in Guangxi. Based on the 3P management concept of human resources, starting from the flexible introduction mechanism, assessment mechanism and incentive mechanism of high-level talents, this paper constructs the 3P management mode of flexible introduction of high-level talents in higher vocational colleges, and optimizes the flexible introduction of high-level talents in Guangxi higher vocational colleges talent management mechanism.
