摘要:
教育学家们发现科学管理理论中关于企业的管理方式与学校的管理方式有着许多相通的地方，并将这些成功的 企业管理方式运用到学校管理当中。其实，企业管理方式的部分特征在家庭教育当中也有所体现，家长即是领导者，只不过家 长领导的不是一个群体，而是少数个体。文章将思考企业管理方式与家庭教育方式之间的相似之处，分析企业管理方式的要点 并探讨其对家庭教育的作用，为家庭教育的方式寻求新的思路。
Abstract:
Educators have found that there are many similarities between the management of enterprises and the management of schools in scientific management theory , and these successful enterprise management methods are applied to school management. In fact, part of the characteristics of enterprise management are also reflected in family education. Parents are bosses , but they are not leading a group, but a few individuals. This paper will consider the similarities between the enterprise management and family education , analyze the key points of enterprise management and explore its role in family education, and seek new ideas for the way of family education.
