六段民俗村茶山瑶传统民居结构独特，保存完好，即将作为旅游民宿进行统一开发，在开发的过程中，如何做 好民居建筑的保护与发展、传统文化的传承以及满足游客的游览体验、居住需求等方面的平衡和协调，是一个亟需解决的问题。 文章在对六段民俗村茶山瑶传统民居原有布局与使用分析的基础上，对其作为旅游民宿的开发中的使用及旅游活动的开展等提 出了建议。
Abstract:
The Chashanyao minority’s traditional dwellings in Liu Duan Folk Village have a unique structure and have been well preserved. It will be developed uniformly as Bed and Breakfast(B&B). In the process of development, how to balance and coordinate the protection and development of the dwellings, the inheritance of traditional culture, and the satisfaction of tourists experience and living needs is an urgent problem to be solved. Basing on the analysis of the original layout and use of the traditional dwellings of Chashanyao in Liu Duan folk village, this paper puts forward some suggestions on its use in the development of B&B and the development of tourism activities.
