摘要:
校企协同育人既可以提高学生的创新实践能力，又能够培养学生的创新创业能力。在协同育人模式下，一方面 学校通过引入企业合作资源构建实践实习平台，另一方面企业借助校企合作机会推进企业需求人才培养。文章结合桂林理工大 学自动化本科专业建设的实际情况，从培养目标、课程体系、创新平台、校企合作等四个方面对“双创”型人才培养体系进行 探索，以期为校企协同育人提供理论基础。
Abstract:
School-enterprise collaborative education is conducive to improve the innovative practice ability and the innovative entrepreneurship ability of college students. Under the collaborative education mode, on the one hand, the school constructs the practice platform by introducing enterprise cooperation resources on the other hand, the enterprise promotes the cultivation of talents required by enterprises with the help of school enterprise cooperation opportunities. Combining with the actual situation of automation undergraduate specialty construction in Guilin University of Technology, the "double innovation" talent training system from four aspects of training objectives, curriculum systems, innovation platforms, and school-enterprise cooperation are explored in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis for school-enterprise collaborative education.
